can you even beLIEVE it?! i was overcome with excitement and then...embarrassment. a normal twenty-something married college graduate shouldn't be THAT giddy about something so silly. but who doesn't love them some balki bartokomous and larry appleton (pronounced AP-lay-tone, per balki)? honestly.*
i didn't, however, have the willpower to resist these other purchases:

i will always be a 4yr old at heart. and why not start the disney collection now for our kids when they arrive on the scene?

anything with this man's endorsement i will buy and love.
and then something i cannot disclose at this time since it is for the hubs for the valentine's holiday (that isn't a national holiday so i have to work all day--lame).
so, you see, my willpower is selective. although i'm still having second thoughts of not bringing home the "perfect strangers."
*out of the three people i've talked to about this amazing discovery (two my own age and one 8yrs my senior) none of them have appreciated it. why? well because they have never heard of balki and larry. WHAT?! did they not live in the 90s like i did? did they not have the cable tv? did they not want to know what people from mepos were like? i am disgusted by you, people, for not knowing nor caring about these lovable cousins. shame on you!
the new jack is really really mellow. its good background music.
ReplyDeleteHey, I know Balki. And you didn't talk to me about it so that doesn't count.
ReplyDeleteUm, should you decide to go back and purchase Perfect Strangers, I wish to be included when you watch it!
