my baby is two weeks old. how ridiculous is that? in celebration of his two week mark, he got to go to the dr. (hopefully as he gets older, we'll plan better "parties.") without further ado, here are mr finn's 2wk starting lineup stats...
7lbs 14oz - up from 7lbs 6oz @ birth, putting him in the 23rd percentile
20.75in - up from 19.5in @ birth, putting him in the 51st percentile
we also learned that finn does NOT enjoy the pku test. (our stupid state requires it be done twice, boo!) he esp hated the part when the nurse milked about 3litres of blood out of his left heel and then made him touch his owie to a piece of paper over and over and over again. dumb nurse. my little babe was sleeping peacefully until then, thank you very much.
however, now that he has a full tummy and dry pants, it's back to being peaceful.
and sound asleep on dad's hairy chest.
John was in the 25th percentile for everything, weight, height, head circumference. Sounds like Mr. Finn is growing tall. Lance and I wanna come visit Finn and you guys maybe we could stop by this week. I'll give you a call. And that pku test is ridiculous, John was a trooper until they had to struggle to get the seventh drop, those vampires.
